Here are educational programs you can expect to receive in the coming year.
National Conference - Your Annual Exciting Windows! National Conference is the one time a year to meet top leaders in Exciting Windows! and hear from outside experts to give an overview on important trends affecting your target customer and the best way to serve them. You will be inspired by the leadership panels and awards banquet. Expect advanced education classes, attend your National Advisory Council meetings and special round tables on topics you specifically want to know more about.
Advanced Education Classes semi-annually - twice each year, at the Annual Conference and in August you will have the opportunity to attend advanced classes not otherwise available during the year. Attend advanced window design and stylings classes, Automation (motorization) and special sessions on management to recruit and guide employees and sales consultants.
NEW! For the first time, Exciting Windows! brings you advanced summer classes with Michael Payne as lead instructor. You will attend multiple concurrent sessions in California - soon to become an annual tradition! Arrive August 5 for Management and Business Planning. Advanced Window Design featured August 6-7.
Spring and Fall Regional Training - Exciting Windows! will continue our successful regional events in selected major cities around the country to bring new marketing plans and implementation training close to you. You benefit by the latest marketing programs, special learning, and member interchange to learn from colleagues.
B-121 Professional Window Coverings Sales - Your signature sales class to learn the Exciting Windows! selling system for building long term customer relationships is unequalled in the industry. In 2008 PWCS will be offered four times in Baltimore and two times in California. You may attend as frequently as you like. Many Exciting Windows! Members have attended two and three times. The record exceeds seven sessions. Why? Each class has new things and each time you attend you see things you missed before. If you really want to sell more products at higher closing rates and without discounting for competition, attend at least three times.
Online distance learning - every day, any day, select from a constantly growing library of Professional Study Units and courses available to you online. Whether you want measuring basics or advanced product knowledge, or even decorating and design, you have it available to you at all times, on demand, without leaving the comfort of your home.
Advertising and Activities to Build Your Business - A new advanced session on Advertising and Marketing is introduced for 2008. Brand of service assures customers that our consultants are experts in ALL window products - blinds, draperies, shadings, and shutters. If you are a "hard" products expert, you will have multiple sessions throughout the year to learn draperies and "soft" window products. You want to deliver on the Exciting Windows! promise to homeowners. We want to make it easy for you to do it.
Leadership Conference Calls - every month leaders share their expertise in conference calls with Exciting Windows! Members. Sessions cover a variety of programs such as making the transition from a workroom to a sales business, operating at the profitability "sweetspot", and even how to manage a Million Dollar business.
